What should I budget for a full exterior parge coat?

A full perimeter recoat on a typical 150 linear ft Ottawa home runs roughly $2,250 to $4,500, with smaller patch repairs starting around $300. Most full coats are priced at $15 to $30 per linear foot. Where your job lands in that range depends on how much old parging has to come off, how tall the exposed wall is, how easy the wall is to reach, and whether you choose a standard cement or a flexible acrylic finish. Walls with damaged concrete underneath cost more, because the substrate has to be rebuilt before any coating goes on. Our parging cost page shows how to measure your wall area and what a useful written quote should list. A free on-site or photo estimate gets you an exact number in writing within 24 hours.
